This edited book offers an in-depth analysis of the educational experiences and strategies of Japanese families in cross-border marriages across six countries in East and Southeast Asia: South Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand, the Philippines, and Singapore. Chapters examine how these families address the challenges of cultural identity, educational decision-making and social integration in their home and host countries.
