Housing and Neighborhood: as collective systems of life, where cultural intelligence and everyday practices sustain social cohesion. The book draws inspiration from real-world examples including the Dutch woonerf and field observations from Bojnord, Iran, to show how the idea of "everyday intelligence" already exists within lived social patterns. These cases illustrate that true smartness may arise not only from technology but from community behavior, shared awareness, and mutual care.
