This collection of essays is the first of its kind, bringing together learned experts from policy, practice, diplomacy, industry and academia to address critical issues surrounding the emergent body of investor obligations in international law. It uniquely explores all dimensions of investor conduct, situated as it is at the crossroads of several substantive areas of international law (including international investment law, international environmental law, human rights law and many others).
