Arbeitnehmerueberwachung ? ein Thema an der Schnittstelle zwischen Arbeits-, Datenschutz- und Strafrecht. Folglich sind die (strafrechtlichen) Grenzen der Zulaessigkeit von Ueberwachungsmassnahmen am Arbeitsplatz nach wie vor nicht hinreichend geklaert. Der Verfasser knuepft hieran an und geht auf die praktisch wichtigsten Ueberwachungsmassnahmen des Arbeitgebers (Video- und Telefonueberwachung, Telekommunikationsueberwachung, Postkontrolle und GPS-Ueberwachung) ein. Mit der Untersuchung erarbeitet der Verfasser im Wege eines materiell-rechtlichen und prozessualen Vergleichs zwischen Arbeits-, Datenschutz- und Strafrecht ein kohaerentes, in sich geschlossenes System der Arbeitnehmerueberwachung.
